Weekend Life Class 2

May 18,19 ,20   (2024)

Weekend Life Class 2. This is the 2nd of the year. It’s an opportunity to work from the model for 3 days. Saturday morning is an exploratory drawing session using  poses that range from 2 minutes to 30 minutes.  In the afternoon there will be longer poses.  Sunday and Monday is set up for those who want  to focus  on painting.  There will be two different poses lasting in total  5 hours each. . This is split between two morning sessions and two afternoons . Drawing is encouraged as much as painting so the long sessions suit both and allow time for some substantial and intense work.  Tasks will be set but instruction is mostly on a one-to-one basis and tailored to individual needs and experiences. Some of those attending will have been before, therefore it’s a matter of developing everyones’ work to a further stage.

LEVELS

The course is suitable for intermediates and advanced. Some experience with life drawing and painting is therefore useful .
