The Black Mountain Painter’s Group was formed in April 2018 with an exhibition at the Chapel Gallery Bromyard. The group is called the Black Mountains’ Painters as that’s the location of Art Course Wales where we meet . Every member has attended courses at Art Courses Wales but a major part of their individual practice is conducted from home. The group meets every six weeks to discuss their work in a critical and supportive way.
Apart from regular meetings one of the main aims of the group is to actively encourage a professional approach to their work by exhibiting in open competitions and galleries.
